# Person Lookup

> Search for all online and certain offline players

## Accessing Person Lookup

Go to the **Player** tab on the top menu bar.

## Searching for People

All players can be searched for by their **username.**

All online players, regardless of if they were ticket or not, are available in search. If a ticket is created and it includes the player's **username**, it is available when offline.

## Viewing a Player's Tickets

When viewing a player, you can view their previous tickets. Click on the **View Tickets** button to view all of a player's tickets; click on **Hide Tickets** to hide them.
