Dispatch Calls
At the top of your Reports tab, you can view all active callsStatus
Status allows you to indicate to dispatchers the status of the call.Update Description
Update Description allows you to update the call description for both you and dispatchers.Mark Completed
Mark Completed allows you to remove a call from your active calls once it has been completed.Viewing a Report
In the menu bar at the top of your screen, select My Calls. A list of reports are shown; click on your desired report to open it and view its contents.Searching & Filtering Reports
In the top of the My Calls tab, use Search Reports with a dropdown to the right, with options to filter by all reports, my reports, and today’s reports.Exporting Reports
To the right of the user, callsign, and time of a report, use the gray Export button to export the report as a PDF.Managing Reports
To the right of the user, callsing, and time of a report, use the green Edit button to edit all contents of a report; use the red Delete button to delete a report.While all users can edit their own reports, users logged in as an admin or supervisor can manage all reports.
