Accessing Person Lookup
Go to the Player tab on the top menu bar.Searching for People
All players can be searched for by their username. All online players, regardless of if they were ticket or not, are available in search. If a ticket is created and it includes the player’s username, it is available when offline.Viewing a Player’s Tickets
When viewing a player, you can view their previous tickets. Click on the View Tickets button to view all of a player’s tickets; click on Hide Tickets to hide them.Searching for online/in-game players requires you to link your ER:LC API Key to your MDT. See Dashboard Overview for more information.
