Join Code

The join code allows users to join a roster by entering a code from their dashboard.
The join code is not configurable; do not share it with anyone untrusted.

Server Identity

MDT Name

The MDT name is the name which is shown on the dashboard and on the server directory.

Logo URL

The logo URL is an image URL of the logo your MDT will be shown with on the dashboard and server directory.

Password Management

Passwords (also referred to as Access Keys) are used for authentication to access various sections and permissions in your MDT. There are 3 separate passwords: Access, Supervisor, and Dispatch.

Access Password

The access password provides general access to the MDT. People cannot access the MDT without it. The password should be something simple; it needs to be made available to everyone.

Supervisor Password

The supervisor password provides access to the Supervisor panel of the MDT and provides certain permissions. The supervisor password provides access to the Supervisor panel, allowing users to view active shifts along with shift history; see the supervisor page for more information. Additionally, users logged in as a supervisor can edit and delete tickets and reports. The password should be moderately complex and difficult to guess.
Supervisor permissions are potent and should not be given to everyone. Please see the permissions page for more information.

Dispatch Password

The dispatch password provides access to the Dispatch panel of the MDT. The dispatch passwords allows users to assign on-duty units to calls. Please see the dispatch page for more information.
Passwords have been deprioritized over our new Roster feature.

Map Selection

The map selection option decides which map is displayed to users on the MDT. There are currently 2 options: ER:LC and Maple County.

Departments

Departments allow users to indicate the department they are in. To create a new department, type the desired name into the Add Department field. Then, select Add to the right of the department field. To delete a department, select the Delete button.
Northca Basic provides 2 departments. Upgrade to Northca Advanced to receive unlimited departments.

Divisions

Divisions allow users to indicate their specific division or rank inside of a department. To create a new division, first select the desired department from the Select Department dropdown. Once selected, create a division by typing the division’s name into the Add Division field. Then, select Add to the right of the division field. To delete a division, select the Delete button.

Dispatch Text-to-Speech

Dispatch text-to-speech allows users to toggle the ability for units to have assigned calls read aloud to them.

Discord Webhook Settings

The Discord webhook allows shift logs to be sent to the webhook. Shift logs provide details on a user’s shift including the the the user’s name, the MDT name , the user’s callsign, the user’s department, their shift duration, and when the user started or ended their shift. To enable the Discord Webhook Settings, toggle on Enable Webhook. Then, paste your Discord webhook link into the Webhook URL field.
For more details on creating and editing webhooks, please see Discord’s webhook guide.

ER:LC API Settings

ER:LC API Settings integrates ER:LC directly into your MDT. This provides more possibilities and a more immersive roleplay experience. See the Vehicle Lookup and Person Lookup pages for more details. To enable ER:LC API Settings, toggle on Enable ER:LC API. Then, paste your ER:LC API Key into the ER:LC API Key field.
ER:LC API requires you to purchase the Pro Server Package for your ER:LC private server.

Laws Markdown

Laws markdown allows you to edit text in markdown or upload files containing laws and penal codes. These laws can be viewed on the Laws tab of the MDT.
