Dispatch Calls

At the top of your Reports tab, you can view all active calls

Status

Status allows you to indicate to dispatchers the status of the call.

Update Description

Update Description allows you to update the call description for both you and dispatchers.

Mark Completed

Mark Completed allows you to remove a call from your active calls once it has been completed.
